His creative space, where he paints with broad strokes and splash his vibrant flavors and colors across the palettes of his guests.
Formerly of the Hard Rock Cafe here in the Inner Harbor, Sean Guy honed his knife as an Executive Chef for Planet Hollywood, All-Star Cafe, Dave and Busters and WWF New York.
A native Jamaican, his creative energy and relationship with food allows for his blue-collar dishes, presented with flair to resonate on a deeper level.
Chef can often be found cooking his life story in the open kitchen.
